Narrated Abu Hurairah that Prophet Muhammad (SAW) said :

“Whoever observes fasts during the month of Ramzan out of sincere faith, and hoping to achieve Allah’s reward, then all his past sins are going to be forgiven”

( Bukhari 2:37)

We all know that a depressed mind isn’t ready to perform any physical activities in an exceedingly better way. Ramzan provides us greater physical benefits and even it’s scientifically proven that Ramzan helps to fight against cancer.

Alhamdulillah, fasting is nice for our bodies, minds, and our souls! It helps us spiritually during this life and could be a special investment in the next life.

Ramadan is a special time for reflection, self-improvement, kindness, and spirituality – and fasting is one of the key pillars of the Holy Month, with those observing Ramadan fasting from dawn to dusk.

It’s the fasting of the tongue, ears, and eyes that’s of course more difficult.

Subhan Allah, one-day fasting takes us far from Hellfire. Now, imagine the reward of those who fast each week or perhaps each month. How distant they have to be from the fireplace and the way near Jannah!
